A 19-year-old named Kağan Ertaş, who stole a Tiny House worth 1.2 million TL in Mudanya, Bursa, was caught in a raid at his address. Ertaş was arrested by the court he was brought before.
Kağan Ertaş (19), who stole a 'Tiny House' worth 1 million 200 thousand TL in Mudanya district of Bursa, was arrested and sent to prison by the court he was brought before.
Residents of the neighborhood noticed that the wheeled Tiny House, valued at 1 million 200 thousand TL and belonging to M.E. (52), was not in its place in the Eğerce neighborhood of Mudanya, and reported the situation to the Eğerce Neighborhood Muhtarlığı.

After the muhtar reached the homeowner, the incident was reported to the Mudanya District Gendarmerie Command. Following the report, gendarmerie teams launched a large-scale operation in the area, examining numerous security cameras, especially in the neighborhoods of Eğerce and Söğütpınar.
CAUGHT IN AN OPERATION AT THE ADDRESS
Investigations revealed that the Tiny House was towed behind a tractor and taken from the coast of Eğerce during the night, heading towards Emirleryenicesi neighborhood via the Söğütpınar route. The teams determined that the portable house was left in an olive grove near Emirleryenicesi neighborhood. Kağan Ertaş, identified as the suspect in the incident, was captured and taken into custody in an operation conducted at his address.
HE WAS ARRESTED
The stolen Tiny House was found intact and returned to its owner. After his procedures at the gendarmerie, the suspect Kağan Ertaş was arrested by the court he was brought before.
