"I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS SPIDER SPECIES BEFORE IN MY LIFE"
Kerem İz, who saw the spider, said: "We were sitting on this bench with friends. We noticed a large web among the trees. We looked at it and saw a different species of spider, we have never seen this before in our lives. There was a huge spider. We also researched it on the internet. This type of spider is not commonly found in Turkey, it is a species found in Africa. It is also a highly venomous spider. It is one of the most venomous spiders in the world. I have never seen a spider species like this in my life. We were surprised and concerned. It has a few offspring as well. They have also built webs. The webs are about a meter apart. The size of the spider impressed us the most. That's why we researched it. When we learned that it is venomous, it made us quite worried. It is reproducing here and has made nests in many places. We have seen and observed a few of them. Some are small, some are big. These also worried us," he said.
