In July, while the provinces in Turkey, especially in the Southeastern Anatolia Region, are scorched by heat, winter has returned to Karlıova, a district of Bingöl at an altitude of 1940 meters.
TEMPERATURES AT 20 DEGREES
In the district where air temperatures range between 15-20 degrees, stoves have started to be set up again in coffeehouses and some homes. Especially in the evening hours, business owners have started to light the stoves to ensure that citizens visiting the coffeehouses do not feel cold.
"WE STILL HAVEN'T WARMED UP"
One of the citizens, Şerif Yıldız, said, "In many provinces, everyone is swimming in the sea due to the heat, but we still haven't warmed up. We are trying to warm ourselves by the stoves."
