ASELSAN AT 43rd PLACE
The highest-ranked Turkish company on the list was ASELSAN, which secured the 43rd place with a defense revenue of $3.54 billion in 2024. ASELSAN was followed by TUSAŞ, which ranked 47th with a revenue of $3.15 billion. On the list, Roketsan ranked 71st with a revenue of $1.54 billion, ASFAT ranked 78th with a revenue of $1.27 billion, and the Machinery and Chemical Industry Corporation (MKE) ranked 80th with a revenue of $1.2 billion.
ASFAT MADE THE BIGGEST LEAP
The Turkish company that made the biggest leap on the list was ASFAT (Military Factory and Shipyard Management Inc.), which increased its defense revenue by nearly double within a year, rising from 94th to 78th place. The top spot on the list was taken by the US-based multinational company Lockheed Martin, with a defense revenue exceeding $68 billion, followed by RTX from the US in second place with $43 billion in revenue, and China's aerospace and defense company CASIC in third place with approximately $38 billion in revenue.
In the top 10 of the list, there are 6 companies from the USA, 2 from China, and one each from the UK and France.
