The Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) is putting a total of 312 plots up for sale in 30 provinces across Turkey. The sales, which will be conducted through auctions held in Istanbul and Ankara, offer significant opportunities for investors and those looking to own land.
WHEN AND WHERE WILL THE AUCTION TAKE PLACE?
The auction for the sale of 312 plots will take place on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 10:30 AM at the TOKİ Service Building Conference Hall (Küçükçekmece) in Istanbul, and at the Bilkent Hotel and Conference Center (Çankaya) in Ankara. Participants can join the auction both physically and online.
HOW MUCH ARE THE PARTICIPATION GUARANTEES?
Those wishing to participate in the auction must pay a guarantee fee that varies according to the estimated value of the plot. The guarantee amount ranges from 100,000 TL to 10 million TL, depending on the value of the plot. For example, a guarantee of 100,000 TL is required for plots with an estimated value of up to 2.5 million TL, while a guarantee of up to 10 million TL is requested for plots valued over 100 million TL. For two properties offered for sale as a single lot in the Bağlar district of Diyarbakır, a total guarantee of 50 million TL is anticipated, while for five properties in Çorlu, Tekirdağ, a guarantee of 20 million TL is expected.
FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS
Flexible payment options are also provided for land buyers. Participants will have the chance to pay for the plots they purchase either with a 25% down payment over 48 months or a 40% down payment over 36 months. These options provide great convenience for investors with different budgets.

The plots put up for sale cover 30 provinces across Turkey. These provinces include major cities such as Diyarbakır, Şanlıurfa, Istanbul, Tekirdağ, İzmir, Muğla, Aydın, Balıkesir, Manisa, Mersin, Antalya, Kocaeli, Ankara, Eskişehir, Kayseri, Kahramanmaraş, Gaziantep, Malatya, Hatay, and Erzurum, as well as provinces like Edirne, Yalova, Afyonkarahisar, Bolu, Çorum, Elazığ, Aksaray, Adıyaman, Batman, and Muş.
