Fenerbahçe beat France's Lyon 2-1 away in the return leg of the UEFA Champions League play-off round after a 1-1 draw in the first leg, securing a 3-2 aggregate victory and advancing to the Champions League for the first time in 18 years.

Our representative Fenerbahce faced France's Olympique Lyon in the return leg of the 1-1 UEFA Champions League playoff tie. Fenerbahce won the match at Groupama 2-1 and advanced to the Champions League.
