In Çorum, it has been revealed that 36-year-old Yücel Kolçak, who had been missing for four days, was killed by having his throat slit due to a debt-related issue. 29-year-old Muhammet K., who was taken into custody, confessed that he killed Kolçak inside a vehicle and then buried him.

Police and AFAD teams, who learned that Kolçak went to Seydim village, which is affiliated with the center, in the vehicle he used due to a debt issue, intensified their search efforts around Seydim Dam and its surroundings.
DEBTORS WERE DETAINED
As no trace was found during the ongoing investigations, the teams from the Provincial Security Directorate's Public Order Branch detained Muhammet K. (29), who was owed money by Kolçak, along with his friends M.Y. and H.İ.B.
In his statements at the police station, Muhammet K. said that he stabbed Kolçak to death in his vehicle at Seydim Dam during an argument, moved the body to a different location to bury it, burned the clothes stained with blood, and hid Kolçak's vehicle in a wooded area.
BODY WAS FOUND
Following this, during the excavation at the location indicated by the suspect, approximately 5 kilometers away from Seydim village in the Darlık area, Kolçak's body was found.
SECURITY MEASURES TAKEN IN THE VILLAGE
After the work of the crime scene investigation teams and the examination by the public prosecutor, Kolçak's body was taken to the morgue of Erol Olçok Training and Research Hospital for autopsy. Security measures were also taken in the village by gendarmerie teams and commando units.
The procedures for Muhammet K., M.Y., and H.İ.B. at the police station are ongoing.
