The Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) will begin its weekly work on Tuesday, May 13. The General Assembly will discuss the bill prepared in accordance with the Constitutional Court's (AYM) annulment decisions, as well as amendments to the law proposal concerning the decree law numbered 375.
AGE LIMIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BECOME A CIVIL SERVANT
According to the proposal, an age limit of 35 will also be required for appointments made through competitive examinations specific to the profession, conducted by other public institutions, boards, higher boards, and organizations established by laws or presidential decrees.
DISPUTE COURT
The President of the Dispute Court will be selected from among its members by the Constitutional Court.
TRT REGULATION
Real estate belonging to public administrations and places under the jurisdiction and disposal of the state may be allocated to TRT free of charge for use in its duties and activities.
