The incident occurred yesterday around 05:45 in Kaleiçi Sakarya Street, Camikebir Neighborhood, Kuşadası district. According to information obtained, a fight broke out between Abdulkadir Ataş (27) and a group for an unknown reason. During the fight, a bullet fired from a gun among the crowd hit Abdulkadir Ataş. Injured under the armpit by the bullet, Ataş continued to be beaten by the group he had fought with after the incident, and it was learned that he died at the scene after a while.

Following the investigation launched by Kuşadası District Police Department regarding the incident, suspects A.K. was detained in Izmir, while F.B., M.E.B., A.A., M.D., A.C., and D.İ. were detained in Aydın. A.K. was released under judicial control by the court in Izmir. Among the suspects sent to the courthouse in Kuşadası district of Aydın, A.A., M.D., M.E.B., and F.B. were arrested, while A.C. and D.İ. were released under judicial control.
