In the Menteşe district of Muğla, Sınırsızlık Square, where the DEM Party Provincial Organization held a press statement with a banner reading 'Freedom for Mr. Öcalan,' was washed with vinegar water by New Welfare Party Muğla Provincial Chairman Fatih Kocabıyık and the party organization. Kocabıyık said, 'I instructed my organization. We will wash this place with vinegar water and Arabic soap for 40 days. Cleaning is only possible this way.'
Sınırsızlık Square in Muğla's Menteşe district became the scene of successive actions carried out by political parties.
DEM Party Muğla Provincial Organization held a press statement in the square in recent days by unfurling a banner reading "Freedom for Mr. Öcalan".
After the statement, New Welfare Party Muğla Provincial Chairman Fatih Kocabıyık, together with the party organization, went to the same square and washed the ground with vinegar water.
"WE WILL WASH FOR 40 DAYS"
According to Muğla Gazetesi's report, Kocabıyık stated that the practice in the square would continue and said: "I gave instructions to my organization. We will wash this place for 40 days with vinegar water and Arabic soap. Cleaning is only possible in this way."
DEM PARTY'S STATEMENT WAS MADE ON OCTOBER 9
In the press statement made by the DEM Party Muğla Provincial Organization on October 9, freedom for Abdullah Öcalan was demanded. The New Welfare Party organization, on the other hand, carried out a washing action with vinegar water and cleaning supplies in the same square on October 12 in order to react to this statement.
