In Ankara's Çubuk district, a fire caused by sparks from a stove rendered the home of three mentally disabled siblings uninhabitable.
The fire broke out around 9:00 PM in a house located on Zeytin Street, Şehit Gazi Alerdek Avenue, in the Yıldırım Beyazıt neighborhood.
RESCUED AT THE LAST MOMENT
A fire broke out in the single-story house where mentally disabled siblings Nevzat, Beşir, and Zeynep Karol lived. The three mentally disabled siblings were rescued with the help of their neighbors.
HOUSE RENDERED UNINHABITABLE
The flames spread rapidly and completely engulfed the house. Upon notification from the surrounding residents, a large number of construction vehicles, fire brigade, health, and police teams were dispatched to the area.
The fire was extinguished by the fire brigade teams. While there were no casualties, the single-story house was rendered uninhabitable. An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
