A person who robbed a jeweler in Fatsa, Ordu, while wearing a helmet, escaped with 170 gold bracelets. It was revealed that the individual, who was caught in Diyarbakır, was a police officer.

In the Fatsa district of Ordu, police officer Cumhur Yılmaz entered a jewelry store wearing a helmet and fled with 170 gold bracelets. Yılmaz was caught in Diyarbakır.

The incident occurred on November 25 at the jewelry store owned by Yılmaz Şerbetçi on Reşadiye Street. Cumhur Yılmaz, who was later identified as a police officer, entered the jewelry store with a gun while wearing a helmet.

Yılmaz handed a bag he brought to the store employee and asked him to fill it with gold. After forcing the employee to the ground at gunpoint, Yılmaz tied his hands and feet with tape, took the bag containing 170 gold bracelets, and fled.

Police teams determined that Yılmaz had fled to Diyarbakır, where he served as a police officer.
