10,000 CALORIES WITH UNHEALTHY MENUS
The young trainer, who aimed to show his followers how to gain weight quickly and lose it just as fast, was undertaking a challenge he called "marathon" with an unhealthy diet plan consisting of over 10,000 calories a day, sharing his menu and weight results on social media every day. His goal was to document this transformation by gaining at least 25 kilograms in a short time.
FELT ILL A DAY BEFORE
According to Russian news channel Ostorozhno Novosti, Nuyanzin had canceled his workouts a day before his death, stating that he felt unwell and planned to see a doctor. However, the young trainer's heart stopped during his sleep at night.
GAINED 13 KILOS IN A MONTH
Nuyanzin regularly shared his weight gain process on social media, and his daily menu, which he referred to as "diet," included high-calorie foods such as pastries, cakes, 800 grams of dumplings, chips, burgers, and two small pizzas.
The influencer announced on November 18 that he had gained more than 13 kilograms in just one month, bringing his weight to 105 kilograms.
