While the investigation into the death of famous singer Güllü continues, the statements of her 42-year close friend Çiğdem Turan have created a bombshell effect. Turan stated that Güllü called her about 3-4 days before her death and asked for help in great fear. According to Turan, Güllü said on the phone, "Sister, I need you. They will kill me."
On September 26, Güllü, who fell from the terrace of her house in the Çınarcık district of Yalova, lost her life, and the judicial investigation regarding her death is ongoing. As part of the investigation, a total of five people, including her daughter Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter and her friend Sultan Nur Ulu, have been detained.
PHYSICAL INTERVENTION POSSIBILITY IN GÜLLÜ'S FALL
The expert report included in the investigation file emphasized that Güllü's death cannot be explained by a simple fall. The report stated that the direction of the fall, the position of the body, acceleration, points of contact, and the impact of the blow do not correspond to an ordinary slip or stumble, and it assessed that there is a strong possibility of pushing or physical intervention in the incident.
CLEANED FOOTAGE ENTERED THE FILE
Meanwhile, it has been learned that the security camera audio recordings, which were examined and cleaned by TÜBİTAK, have also been included in the file. In these recordings, it is suggested that Güllü may have been pushed out of the window after sounds indicating a struggle were heard. The recordings reportedly include the words "I will throw you out now" attributed to Gülter, followed by "See you, bye bye."
GÜLLÜ: THEY WILL KILL ME
Çiğdem Turan, who participated in the "Bu Sabah" program aired on SHOW TV, and Güllü's former assistant Bedriye Karabulut also made striking statements. Speaking in tears, Turan reiterated that she had a very close friendship with Güllü for 42 years and claimed that Tuğyan had an aggressive nature since childhood. Turan stated that a few days before Güllü's death, she reached out to her and said, "They will kill me."
Turan mentioned that Güllü tried to stay away from disputes due to her health problems, and that most of the disagreements stemmed from money issues, relationships, and her social circle. She also claimed that Güllü opposed Tuğyan's relationship with a married man, that her social circle negatively influenced Tuğyan, and that her son Tuğberk might have a small role in the incident. Turan expressed her surprise at Tuğberk's statement in the morning that "My mother did not commit suicide."
“DISPUTES WITH TUĞYAN SOMETIMES INVOLVED PHYSICAL INTERVENTION”
Bedriye Karabulut, Güllü's former assistant, who spoke on the program, explained that she worked with Güllü for 13 years and that her children grew up alongside her. Karabulut stated that Güllü sometimes drank excessively, but she did not appear to be under the influence of alcohol in the home security camera footage. She expressed that the disputes with Tuğyan sometimes escalated to a physical level and that she tried to intervene during those moments, adding that she found it hard to believe the events in the video where Tuğberk announced his mother's death and that Güllü thought a new album would be released.
