After the midterm elections in the US, a harsh warning came from Iran to the Washington administration. Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf, while using the expressions "Americans said NO to war, and we support this message," targeting the US administration, said, "If it betrays the will of its people, it will learn that our NO comes with a nightmare."
After the results in the US midterm elections in which Democrats came to the fore, a harsh message came from Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf to the Washington administration. Ghalibaf, arguing that the American people took a stance against war at the ballot box, warned that if the US administration acts contrary to the will of voters, it could face severe consequences.
"AMERICANS SAID NO TO WAR"
In an English post on his X account, Ghalibaf stated that Americans are facing problems such as conscience and the high cost of living, and claimed that they sent a message against war in the elections.
The Iranian politician said, "Either conscience or the high cost of living… Americans said NO to war, and we support this message."
"THEY WILL LEARN THAT OUR NO COMES WITH A NIGHTMARE"
Using harsh expressions toward the US administration, Ghalibaf continued his statement with the following words:
"If the US government betrays the will of its people in order to serve international power centers and blackmailers, it will learn that our NO comes with a nightmare."
