US President Donald Trump stated that he made "no progress" regarding peace in Ukraine during his phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"WE MADE NO PROGRESS WITH PUTIN"
In response to a question, Trump said that they made no progress towards achieving peace in Ukraine during his phone conversation with Putin today.
Trump, who said, "We had a conversation," added, "It was quite a long conversation. We talked about many things, including Iran, and as you know, we also talked about the war with Ukraine. I am not happy about it. I made no progress with him today."
"BIDEN SENT TOO MANY WEAPONS TO UKRAINE"
Trump, who stated, "We are giving weapons to Ukraine. We are working with them to help them," referred to former US President Joe Biden sending too many weapons to Ukraine, emphasizing the need to ensure that enough weapons are allocated for the security of the US.
"THE TIME HAS COME TO TALK TO IRAN"
US President Trump noted that Special Representative Steve Witkoff did a "great" job regarding nuclear negotiations with Iran, stating, "Iran wants to talk. I think they want to talk to me, and the time has come for them to do so."
Emphasizing that they do not want to harm Iran, Trump said, "They have been battered. Clearly, both (Israel and Iran) were weak, but Iran has really been beaten." The US President pointed to Witkoff as the contact for negotiations with the Tehran administration, stating that he could also be involved in these negotiations "if necessary."
In response to a question about whether he still wants to take over Gaza, Trump replied, "I want the people of Gaza to be safe."
