TRUMP DELAYS ATTACK ON IRAN'S ENERGY PLANTS ONCE AGAIN

U.S. President Donald Trump announced that the planned attacks on Iran's energy plants have been postponed for another 10 days. Speaking about the previously announced 5-day period, Trump stated that this decision was made at the request of Iran and announced that the operation has been suspended.

NO ATTACKS FOR ANOTHER 10 DAYS

According to the new schedule, any potential military intervention against energy facilities will not take place until 8:00 PM on April 6, 2026. This additional time, which temporarily eases tensions in the region, is expected to be used for diplomatic efforts between the parties.

TRUMP HAD POSTPONED ATTACKS BY 5 DAYS

In a statement yesterday, U.S. President Trump had threatened that they would start hitting the country's power plants if Iran did not fully open the Strait of Hormuz within 48 hours.

In response to threats against its electrical networks, Iran had stated that any attack would be met with retaliation targeting energy plants in the region. Subsequently, Trump had postponed the attacks by 5 days.

U.S.-ISRAEL'S ATTACKS ON IRAN

Israel and the U.S. launched a military attack on Iran on February 28 while negotiations were ongoing between the Tehran and Washington administrations.

Iran responded with attacks on targets it identified in several regional countries, including Qatar, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Bahrain, where U.S. bases are located, in addition to Israel.

In the U.S.-Israel attacks, former Iranian leader Ali Khamenei, along with many high-ranking officials, was killed.
