A terrible accident occurred in the Çavdır district of Burdur at the Bayır village junction on the Denizli-Antalya highway when two cars collided. Teslime Özkan and Meryem Serttaş lost their lives in the accident, while 4 people were injured. After first aid at the scene, the injured were taken to Gölhisar State Hospital and placed under treatment.
In a traffic accident that occurred as a result of two cars colliding in the Çavdır district of Burdur, 2 people lost their lives and 4 people were injured. It was determined that those who died in the accident were Teslime Özkan and Meryem Serttaş.
TWO CARS COLLIDED AT THE INTERSECTION
The accident occurred at the Bayır village intersection on the Denizli-Antalya highway. The car with plate number 15 HT 933 driven by Ergün A. (44) and the car with plate number 34 GIE 214 driven by Emre K. (38) collided for a reason not yet determined.
Upon notification by witnesses, 112 Emergency Health, police, gendarmerie and fire brigade teams were dispatched to the scene.
TWO PEOPLE LOST THEIR LIVES AT THE SCENE
In the check made by medical teams who reached the scene, it was determined that Teslime Özkan and Meryem Serttaş, who were in the car with plate number 15 HT 933, had lost their lives.
In the accident, the car driver Ergün A. and Sultan S., Azime Ç. and Meryem S.Ç., who were in the same vehicle, were injured.
THE INJURED WERE TAKEN TO HOSPITAL
After the first intervention by medical teams at the scene, the 4 injured people were taken to Gölhisar State Hospital by ambulances and placed under treatment.
An investigation was started to determine the cause of the accident.
