"IT DIDN'T SEEM LIKE AN ALCOHOL CRISIS"
Nesrin Çetinkaya, one of the citizens speaking about the incident, said, "My son said there was something happening outside. Three people were having a crisis. Two were on the sidewalk, and they had a hard time getting the other one out of the car. They most likely went into a substance crisis. It didn't seem like an alcohol crisis. They were foaming at the mouth. Two of those who became unwell have died. When I went to the scene, the police were conducting investigations. The deceased individuals are probably not from this neighborhood," she said.
