Justice Minister Akın Gürlek described the Anadolu Agency's digital platform adaptation of the trilogy "Evidence, Witness, and Defendant," which documents Israel's crimes in Gaza, as an "extremely valuable work." Gürlek emphasized that holding those responsible for the events in Gaza accountable under international law is the most fundamental expectation of the universal conscience, stating, "Sooner or later, the oppressors will be brought to justice."
The website for the "Gaza Trilogy," in which Anadolu Agency documents Israel's crimes in Gaza through evidence and testimonies, has been opened for access. The work, consisting of books titled "Evidence," "Witness," and "Accused," records the events in Gaza within the framework of international law and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.
The trilogy, which brings developments in Gaza to the world's attention, is now accessible in digital format as well.
MINISTER GURLEK: AN EXTREMELY VALUABLE WORK
Justice Minister Akın Gürlek, commenting on the matter, stated that recording the events in Gaza is of great importance.
Gürlek said, "Recording the genocide and war crimes in Gaza and making them accessible to the whole world is an extremely valuable work. Holding those responsible for genocide and war crimes accountable under international law is the most fundamental expectation of the global conscience."
"A STRONG DOSSIER OF EVIDENCE PRESENTED TO THE QUEST FOR JUSTICE"
Emphasizing that the trilogy prepared by Anadolu Agency serves as a historical record, Gürlek noted:
"In this regard, the 'Evidence, Witness, and Accused' trilogy prepared by Anadolu Agency journalists is both a painful historical record to ensure the crimes committed by the Israeli administration in Gaza are not forgotten and a strong dossier of evidence presented to the quest for justice before the International Criminal Court."
CONGRATULATIONS TO ANADOLU AGENCY
Minister Gürlek also congratulated those who contributed to bringing the work to a digital platform, thanking the entire Anadolu Agency family, particularly Board Chairman and General Manager Serdar Karagöz.
"TURKIYE WILL CONTINUE TO STAND BY RIGHT AND TRUTH"
Stressing that Turkiye's stance on Gaza will not change, Gürlek concluded his statement with the following words:
"As Turkiye, under the leadership of our President Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdogan, we will continue to stand by right and truth to ensure that the oppression in Gaza is held accountable under international law. Sooner or later, the oppressors will answer before justice."
