In a live broadcast from a casino in Yalova, Tevfik Beyhan, nicknamed "Resho," who introduced himself as the business manager and invited young girls to work at the casino with promises of accommodation and money, was caught at his home in Bursa. The suspect, who was brought to court on charges of facilitating and mediating prostitution and who had a prior criminal record, was arrested and sent to prison.
Tevfik Beyhan (35), who invited young women who contacted him via the live broadcast feature of a social media application to work in such venues as a 'Reşo' nickname while at a nightclub with his girlfriend in Yalova, was taken into custody upon the order of the Yalova Chief Public Prosecutor. Beyhan, who was brought before the court on the charge of 'giving, distributing, and disseminating products containing images, writings, and words prepared with the aim of facilitating prostitution or mediating prostitution,' was arrested.
Tevfik Beyhan, who went to the nightclub with his girlfriend D.P., made a broadcast via the live broadcast feature of a social media application around 01:00 last night, next to his friend. Introducing himself as the manager of the nightclub in his broadcast under the nickname 'Reşo,' Beyhan invited young women who were watching the broadcast and asking questions by sending messages to work in these venues, saying, "We will reach you. If you have any trouble, we will help you; if you have a problem, we will help you, relax. We don't owe anyone anything; as long as you come to us, you won't have any trouble. You will have food, drink, and accommodation. You will earn your money. You won't owe your king anything, relax, my brother. We will be like older brothers, we will be friends, we will be like fathers, relax, no problem."

Answering the questions directed to him during the live broadcast, Tevfik Beyhan said in another post, "The venue is right on the shore, you can swim, you can go in. We have a garden, you can play barbecue, okey, and such things for yourselves here. So food, drink, accommodation, and service are on me, our venue is nice, I mean."
SUSPECT TAKEN INTO CUSTODY
Following the social media live broadcast in Yalova, an investigation was initiated upon the order of the Yalova Chief Public Prosecutor. Within the scope of the investigation, security guards who went to the nightclub reported that Beyhan, who made the broadcast, was not a manager or an employee, but had come only as a customer. The girlfriend of Tevfik Beyhan, whose name was determined to be D.P. and who was with him, was taken into custody. In her statement, D.P. said that she met Beyhan 2 months ago and became friends, and on the night he made the broadcast, she went to the nightclub upon his request and had fun. D.P. was released after her statement.
