Survivor 2021 champion Nefise Karatay answered Melis Yaşar's questions in the Haberler.com studio. Nefise, who also competed in Survivor All Star this year, talked about her regret in the competition.

"THE ONLY THING I REGRET IS MY GAME WITH MERVE"

Answering the question "Do you have anything you regret in the competition?", the former champion said, "Yes, I received a lot of criticism about my game with Merve. They said 'She sold the game to Merve'. That's not the truth, but I don't feel the need to explain it to people. Those who know me, know. I am a little regretful about that, but at the same time, I am not regretful. After all, it's not something that will affect me or my surroundings. I couldn't anticipate the harm it could cause to my surroundings. It was something I did with my own thoughts and opinions. I receive comments like 'seller'. I can only regret it for that reason. Last year, I used to care about the negative comments I received, but this year I don't care at all. I don't care about what others think about me. There are people who I think are right, but I don't care about the others. I feel like I have matured even more this year," she said.

"TARANTULAS WERE COMING OUT FROM WHERE WE DID OUR BUSINESS"

Before participating in Survivor, I thought we would be given food and there would be a bed, but when I went to the island, there was only water. You really sleep on the ground and they don't give you food. You can understand this from the weight you lose. Women swell because they can't have their period, but it's more noticeable in men. We also did our business wherever there were no people, but lizards and tarantulas were constantly coming out," she said.
