A 38-year-old married woman in Samsun killed her married lover, with whom she had been having a long-term affair, by slitting his throat during an argument in a car. It was revealed that 45-year-old Ferit M., who did not accept the young woman's proposal to break up, first cut her throat with a knife and then killed her by striking her head with a cleaver.

The incident occurred around 10:00 PM in a parked light commercial vehicle with the license plate 55 ARH 593 on the road to Samsun City Hospital in the Düvecik neighborhood of the Canik district. According to the information obtained, married Gamze S. (38) met with her married lover Ferit M. (45), with whom she had been having an illicit relationship for a long time.
MARRIED WOMAN WANTED TO BREAK UP
When Gamze S. expressed her desire to break up in the light commercial vehicle belonging to Ferit M., a dispute arose as Ferit M. did not accept this.
SHE CUT HIS THROAT AND HIT HIS HEAD WITH A CLEAVER
Gamze S. killed Ferit M. by cutting his throat with a knife she brought and hitting his head with a cleaver. Gamze S. went to the police station and surrendered with the knife and cleaver she used in the incident. Police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.
FOUND DEAD IN THE VEHICLE
The teams found Ferit M. dead in the vehicle with his throat cut. While the police teams conducted an investigation in and around the vehicle, Ferit M.'s lifeless body was taken to the Samsun Group Presidency of the Forensic Medicine Institution for autopsy.
INVESTIGATION CONTINUES
Gamze S. was taken to the Homicide Bureau of the Public Security Branch of the Samsun Police Department for questioning. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
