The body of a woman found in a trash container in Şişli, Istanbul, with her head severed, has been identified as 37-year-old Durdona Khakımova, a citizen of Uzbekistan. The young woman's body was taken to the morgue of the Forensic Medicine Institution. It was revealed that Khakımova's lifeless body was discovered by O.Ç., who collects items from the trash, while a witness reported seeing two bearded men waiting in front of the trash container with a suitcase.

The incident occurred around 20:00 in Kuyulubağ Street, Duatepe Neighborhood, Şişli. According to the information obtained, Okan Ç., who was searching for materials in the trash, realized he felt a warmth in his hand while looking for materials. When he opened the black bag found in the trash, he encountered a decapitated woman's body. Upon notification, a large number of police and crime scene investigation teams were dispatched to the location. A large-scale operation was initiated in the area.

IDENTITY REVEALED

After intense work by the teams, it was determined through fingerprint analysis that the lifeless body belonged to 37-year-old Durdona Khakımova, a citizen of Uzbekistan. During the ongoing investigations, evidence believed to belong to the lifeless body was found in two suitcases next to a trash container located two streets away from where the body was discovered on Bozkurt Street. The evidence found on the street was placed in the crime scene investigation vehicle.

LIFLESS BODY TAKEN TO FORENSIC MEDICINE INSTITUTION MORGUE

After the extensive investigations were completed, a funeral vehicle was dispatched to the area. Following the arrival of the funeral vehicle, the lifeless body was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institution morgue. Meanwhile, municipal teams were sent to the street where the incident occurred to carry out watering work and clean the street. An investigation into the incident was initiated by the Istanbul Public Prosecutor's Office.

According to journalist Rojda Altıntaş, the lifeless body of 37-year-old Durdona Khakımova from Uzbekistan was found by O.Ç., who was collecting items from the trash in the area. O.Ç. stated that after searching for items in the municipal container at the street entrance, he moved to the container in front of Kuyulubağ Street, where he felt warmth in his hand when he opened a black bag and saw a bloody body inside.

O.Ç. said he went to the Feriköy Police Station to report the situation, and based on his statement, the crime scene was cordoned off for security.

According to Muratcan Altuntoprak from Sözcü Newspaper, witnesses reported that around 19:00, a witness in the street saw two bearded male suspects waiting in front of the trash container with a suitcase.
