A message sent by the artist Volkan Konak to his cousin two days before he passed away from a heart attack at a concert has emerged. His cousin Ercan Konak, who read the message, said, "They lie deep and flat, I have trained my soul in that place. The truth is there... How fortunate are those who hear the silent scream there... One of the master names of Turkish music, Volkan Konak, suffered a heart attack during a concert he gave in Cyprus on March 31 last year. Health teams made all interventions, but Konak could not be saved. The sudden death of the artist caused deep sorrow in the art world and among his fans. His cousin Ercan Konak shared a message that Volkan Konak sent him two days before his passing.

Volkan Konak's grave, which is buried in the family cemetery in the Maçka district of Trabzon, continues to receive a large number of visitors despite the passage of time. The artist's cousin Ercan Konak was among those who visited the grave and read the message that Konak sent him shortly before his death.

According to news in the local press; Ercan Konak said, "My father had passed away. I came to visit his grave during the holiday. I took a photo from a hill where the cemetery was visible. Volkan brother was in Cyprus. I sent him the photo. He loved the grave site very much." Ercan Konak then read the last message that the artist sent him.
In the message he sent to his cousin, Volkan Konak referred to his own grave site and used the following expressions:
