THE POLEMIC OF ÖZLEM ÇERÇİOĞLU IN POLITICS
Özlem Çerçioğlu, the CHP Mayor of Aydın Metropolitan Municipality, has become the number one agenda item in politics. It has been claimed that Çerçioğlu will switch from CHP to the AK Party. CHP Chairman Özgür Özel stated, "They told Özlem Çerçioğlu, 'Either you will be imprisoned or you will join the AK Party.' We are now in a new phase. You have worked with Aziz İhsan Aktaş, either be imprisoned or come join my party. That is the essence of the matter. Özlem Çerçioğlu claims she is innocent, but when there are so many brave men imprisoned against this injustice, how can you take Aydın with such cowardice from Tayyip Erdoğan?" confirming the allegations against Çerçioğlu.

MINISTER OF JUSTICE TUNÇ: OPEN ATTACK ON THE WILL REPRESENTING 86 MILLION
Justice Minister Yılmaz Tunç stated in a post on social media: "An investigation has been initiated by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the insulting remarks made by the CHP Chairman towards our esteemed President. These words, which exceed the limits and boundaries of respect, are an open attack directed at the will representing our 86 million citizens.
Politics is conducted within the limits of decency and morality. The inappropriate language used by the CHP Chairman has gone beyond being merely a matter of style; it has taken on a form that exceeds political courtesy. Our nation will not allow those who engage in slander and defamation politics to pass, just as it has not in the past."
