Necdet T., who lived in a scrap car for four months due to a restraining order obtained by his wife, saw his life turn into a nightmare again after being stabbed 17 times by his wife, who returned to him with a proposal for reconciliation. After the incident, his wife was conditionally released and began sleeping on benches. Feeling pity for her, Necdet T. decided to reconcile once more. However, after the events that occurred in the evening, he found himself on the street this time.
The life of 62-year-old retired Necdet T, who lives in Antalya, turned into a nightmare after he married Z. T., whom he met on social media 4 years ago. The arguments that started when his wife requested the title deed of the house on the 10th day of their marriage escalated to Z. T. receiving a 3-month prison sentence due to a report of assault she obtained in Ankara. Necdet T's sentence was postponed because he had a clean criminal record. During the marriage process, Necdet T sold his house in Bahçeyaka Neighborhood due to debts and bought a 1+1 apartment in Çıplaklı Neighborhood. At his wife's insistence, he initially registered the title deed of the apartment as joint ownership. After this, Z. T. left the house after a while.
LIVED IN A SCRAP CAR FOR 4 MONTHS
Upon his wife Z. T.'s statement, "If you don't give me the entire house, I won't come back," he transferred the ownership of the house to Z. T. to save his family. After a dispute that occurred on August 10, 2024, when he saw intimate photos of his wife with another man on her mobile phone, Z. T. obtained a restraining order against him, and he began living on the street. During that time, Necdet T, who could not approach the house due to the restraining order against him, tried to survive in the cold winter days with blankets and pillows he placed in his car, living in a scrap car for about 4 months.
STABBED 17 TIMES IN HIS SLEEP BY HIS WIFE
After a while, his wife Z. T. offered to reconcile, and he began living in his house again. However, the nightmare that Necdet T experienced continued. Allegedly, on May 25, after returning home, Necdet T fell asleep after having his dinner and tea, only to be awakened by his wife's knife stabs. In a panic, he threw himself out of the house. Necdet T, who sought help from his neighbors, was taken to the hospital after the first intervention by the medical teams who arrived at the scene following a report made to the 112 Emergency Call Center. His wife Z. T., who was taken into custody by the police, was arrested by the court on charges of "attempted murder."
UNDERWENT TREATMENT IN HOSPITAL FOR 2 MONTHS
Necdet T, who was injured by 17 knife wounds inflicted by his wife and was discharged after treatment in the hospital, underwent physical therapy at Isparta Suleyman Demirel University for about 2 months. After completing his treatment, Necdet T returned to Antalya and learned that his wife Z. T., who was in prison, had been conditionally released. After learning that a restraining order had been issued against his wife and that an electronic bracelet had been placed on her, Necdet T was given a device to warn him if he approached the location where his wife was. After living in his house for a while, Necdet T's acquaintances informed him that his wife Z. T. was living in parks.
HIS LIFE TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE AGAIN
Unable to bear the thought of his wife living in parks, Necdet T found Z. T. sleeping on a bench in a park in the city center. Unable to bear the thought of a woman living in parks, he had the restraining order against Z. T. lifted and the electronic bracelet removed, and he began living with his wife again. After a while of living a normal life with his wife, Necdet T's life turned into a nightmare again after a recent incident. One evening, after drinking alcohol with his wife, Z. T. began recounting her past relationships, which led to an argument between them. Necdet T stated that he slapped his wife during the argument, and after his wife went to the police station at night and obtained a report of assault, he found himself on the street once again.

After the restraining order, Necdet T began living in a park close to his home, stating that some of his belongings were taken by the police. Necdet T, who has been living in a tent he set up in the park for about a week, is trying to survive under difficult conditions. Stating that his life turned into a nightmare after he transferred the title deed of the house to his wife a year after they were eliminated in 2021, Necdet T said, "I had only one life left for 4 years. She came and took me home with a theater act, saying let’s reconcile, and drugged my tea, stabbing me 17 times in my sleep. Necdet T, who said that his friends constantly warned him, stated, "My friends always told me, 'Get away from this, it will cause you much bigger troubles,' but I didn't listen. I think I am schizophrenic. I had 82 stitches on my body in the Plastic Surgery department of Isparta Suleyman Demirel University, and I stayed in intensive care for 6 days. God did not kill me. I stayed in the hospital in Isparta for 60 days. When I was discharged and came to Antalya, the police told me they would give me a device. They said they would give me the device for the electronic bracelet placed on my wife Z. T. I heard that she was sleeping on benches in parks in Antalya.
"I went to the police and reported it. I saw with my own eyes that he was sleeping on the bench," he said.

There are bad omens, there are thieves. The next day, without even telling my lawyer, I went and had her electronic bracelet removed. Despite being stabbed 17 times, I stood against society. I submitted a petition and had the restraining order lifted. I brought her home, and at the first opportunity, she threw me out onto the street. We were sitting on the balcony together, and we were drinking alcohol. She started to tell me all the details about her relationship with the person she cheated on me with. I said, 'Shut up, I don't want to hear it.' She insisted on telling me all the details," he said.
HE STARTED LIVING IN A TENT IN THE PARK
Necdet T, who said he slapped his wife during the argument that ensued from this incident and kicked her out of the house, stated, "The next day, the police knocked on my door. They told me that my wife had obtained a report of assault and had gotten a restraining order, and that I needed to leave the house. I have been outside for a week. I can never accept the relationship of betrayal. I asked for my belongings, but she didn't give them to me. To avoid violating the restraining order, I sent the neighborhood kids. She scolded and chased them away. Just yesterday, I called 112. I told them that it is October, I am cold, and I need help. Two police officers came, and I explained my situation to them as well. They went and got my belongings. We brought the items down together. I brought them here and set up the tent. I fill a bucket I found in the trash with water and put it in the sun. When it warms up, I wash my head," he said.
