In an operation against a criminal organization conducted in 4 provinces centered around Istanbul, 35 suspects who were captured have been referred to the courthouse.
The procedures of 35 suspects captured in an operation carried out by the Istanbul Police Department's Organized Crime Unit in coordination with the Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office have been completed.
The suspects, who underwent a health check, were transferred to the Istanbul Anatolian Courthouse.
DETAILS OF THE OPERATION
In the study conducted by the Istanbul Police Department's Organized Crime Unit, in coordination with the Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the identities and addresses of suspects involved in 9 incidents such as "attempted murder," "qualified theft," "endangering public safety," "damage to property," "shooting at workplaces and vehicles," and "threat" were identified. In a simultaneous operation conducted on February 13 at addresses identified in Istanbul, Kocaeli, Muğla, and Tekirdağ, 33 suspects were taken into custody, and 2 more suspects were captured in ongoing operations.
