Eighty students studying at Elmalı İbrahim Bedrettin Science High School watched the Antalyaspor-Samsunspor match from the stands. After the final whistle of the match, the students took action and cleaned up their section of the stands.
Students from Elmalı district of Antalya, who came to watch the Antalyaspor-Samsunspor match, cleaned the stands they were in after the match.
STUDENTS FROM ANTALYA WATCHED THE MATCH FROM THE STANDS
80 students studying at Elmalı İbrahim Bedrettin Science High School came to Antalya by bus with their teachers who contacted the Antalyaspor management. Before the match, the students toured the stadium and took photos in front of the club's symbol, the scorpion statue, and enjoyed the experience of watching the match from the stands at Corendon Airlines Park Antalya Stadium. The students, who were given Antalyaspor scarves and hats, watched the Antalyaspor-Samsunspor match in the 22nd week of the Trendyol Super League. Throughout the match, the students supported Antalyaspor with cheers.
THEY COLLECTED TRASH IN THE STANDS AFTER THE MATCH
After the match, the students collected trash from the stands they were in, inspired by the "Clean School Clean Elmalı" project carried out in their district.
‘WE WANT THESE TYPES OF PROJECTS TO BECOME MORE COMMON’
Uğur Keskin, one of the teachers organizing the program, stated that they are trying to instill in children the importance of leaving every place they visit clean as part of the project initiated by the district governor's office. Keskin emphasized that he is pleased with the students' interest in the project as a teacher, saying, "I hope the children have set an example for others with their behavior in such an atmosphere. We want these types of projects to become more common."
