A 4-year-old child died in Giresun after being struck by a piece of construction formwork.

A 4-year-old child named Samet Can Taş lost his life after a piece of construction formwork fell on him in the Espiye district of Giresun. According to the information received, the 4-year-old child was playing in the construction area across from his house in the Adabük neighborhood of the district when he was seriously injured after wooden planks stacked in front of the construction site fell on him.

AN INVESTIGATION HAS BEEN INITIATED REGARDING THE INCIDENT

Upon receiving the notification, the 112 emergency medical team that arrived at the scene provided the first intervention to the little boy and then transferred him to Espiye State Hospital. However, despite all the interventions, little Ömer Ali Taş lost his life. An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
