A 6.3 magnitude earthquake in El Salvador, a country in Central America, caused great panic. The tremor, which occurred at a depth of approximately 50 kilometers, was also felt in neighboring countries Guatemala and Nicaragua, while moments of panic were captured second by second on a security camera at an airport.
The United States Geological Survey (USGS) announced that the epicenter of the earthquake was in the Pacific Ocean, 50 kilometers away from the city of La Libertad.

The earthquake, recorded at a depth of 49.5 kilometers, was reported to have a magnitude of 6.3. The tremor was also felt in neighboring countries Guatemala and Nicaragua. Meanwhile, moments of panic were captured second by second on the airport's security camera.
MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
El Salvador President Nayib Bukele stated in a message on his social media account, "We are preparing reports from all regions of our country following the violent earthquake that occurred this morning. It seems that there are no casualties or property damage."
