A CHP council member brutally beat a journalist.

In the Burhaniye district of Balıkesir, CHP member of the municipal council Nadir Bayram attacked Hakan Sataroğlu, the owner of Zeytin Efe newspaper. The incident was recorded by security cameras. After the attack, the journalist fainted, and a criminal complaint was filed against the assailant.

According to the information obtained, Hakan Sataroğlu, the owner of Zeytin Efe newspaper, was attacked by Nadir Bayram, a CHP council member from Burhaniye. The moment of the attack was captured second by second by the security camera.

The attacking council member Bayram calmly entered, headed towards the table. He attacked the journalist sitting at the table. The violence against the journalist, who fell to the ground from his seat, did not stop there. The journalist, who received kicks to the head, fainted. The assailant then left the scene. Restaurant staff assisted the fainted journalist lying on the ground for several minutes.
