Trabzonspor has officially announced the signing of 22-year-old striker Franculino Dju, who was playing for Midtjylland. The claret-blue club will pay 17 million euros plus conditional bonuses for the Guinea-Bissau center-forward. While a 4+1 year contract was signed with the young footballer, Dju was also added to the UEFA Conference League squad.
Trabzonspor made a striking addition to their attacking line. The claret-blue club announced that an agreement has been reached for the permanent transfer of 22-year-old striker Franculino Gludo Dju from Danish side Midtjylland. Trabzonspor signed a 4+1 year contract with the young goalscorer and shared the financial details of the transfer with the public.
17 MILLION EUROS TO BE PAID IN 8 INSTALLMENTS
According to Trabzonspor's statement, Midtjylland will receive a transfer fee of 17 million euros plus conditional bonuses. It was stated that the 17 million euro fee will be paid in 8 installments spread over five years. The agreement also includes a sell-on clause. If Franculino is transferred to another club, the amounts paid or to be paid to Midtjylland will be deducted from the fee obtained. Fifteen percent of the remaining amount will be given to the Danish team.
FRANCULINO'S SALARY ANNOUNCED
The claret-blue team reached a 4+1 year agreement with the young goalscorer. Franculino will receive a guaranteed fee of 2 million 125 thousand euros each season. If Trabzonspor exercises the +1 year option, the player's guaranteed fee for the 2030-2031 season will be 2 million 406 thousand 250 euros. Additionally, a management service fee of 4.7 percent of the gross salary to be paid to the player will be paid.
ADDED TO UEFA LIST
According to A Spor's news, Trabzonspor added Franculino Dju to their UEFA Conference League squad after the transfer procedures were completed. Thus, the young striker will be able to play in the claret-blue team's European matches.

Born on June 28, 2004, Franculino Gludo Dju plays as a striker. The Guinea-Bissauan footballer, who grew up in Benfica's youth academy, transferred to Midtjylland in the summer of 2023.
