In a tragic incident in England, a woman, a mother of two, was shot and killed outside the Three Horseshoes Pub on Valentine's Day evening. Security camera footage obtained by MailOnline captured the sound of three gunshots followed by the terrified screams of pub patrons.
The victim was reported to be in her 40s and known locally as Lisa. According to witnesses, the attacker is believed to have known the woman.
The pub's operator, Michelle Thomas, stated that there were 30 people dining in the establishment and 20 at the bar during the incident. Thomas also mentioned that an off-duty firearms officer intervened in the situation and that the victim had visited the pub before but was not a "regular customer."
Local resident Eve Hussey (62) said, "We were horrified when we heard the news. This was a very quiet village." St. Katharine Church priest Tim Edwards commented, "The word people keep using is 'shock.' It's not something you expect in such a village."
The Kent Police stated that the suspect went to the Dartford Bridge after the murder and that he "may have fallen into the water." A vehicle and a weapon were found on the Queen Elizabeth II bridge, 16 kilometers from the crime scene.
