While the video message published by former CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu has sparked new debates within the party, a noteworthy comment also came from Ekrem İmamoğlu's wife, Dilek İmamoğlu. Stating that she did not watch Kılıçdaroğlu's video, İmamoğlu said, 'I couldn't bring myself to do it.'
The political agenda in CHP gained momentum after Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu shared a video message on his social media account. In his message, Kılıçdaroğlu called for a "purification" within the party, and his statements resonated widely in the public.
In his post, Kılıçdaroğlu stated that CHP can confront itself when necessary, saying, "When needed, it knows how to purify itself and conduct its internal accounting. But it never strays from its path."
DILEK IMAMOGLU: I COULDN'T BRING MYSELF TO WATCH IT
Dilek Imamoglu, speaking about Kılıçdaroğlu's statements, made striking remarks in her evaluation to T24.
Imamoglu said, "I couldn't watch Kılıçdaroğlu's video; I couldn't bring myself to do it."
KILIÇDAROĞLU'S "PURIFICATION" MESSAGE
Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who had not directly commented on the allegations about him for a long time, criticized the party leadership in a video he released on his social media account yesterday.
Also addressing the operations against CHP municipalities, Kılıçdaroğlu called for a "purification" within the party.
In his statement, Kılıçdaroğlu emphasized that politics must remain clean and highlighted CHP's historical mission. Describing the party as a "sacred trust," Kılıçdaroğlu drew attention with his words, "The trust cannot be tarnished, the trust cannot be smeared."
In the video he shared, Kılıçdaroğlu used the following words:

The trust cannot be tarnished, the trust cannot be smeared."
