The Ministry of Treasury and Finance has published a new circular regarding the sale of precious metals through a lottery system. According to the circular, when selling precious metals through a lottery, individual jewelry businesses will be required to present a "Jewelry Trade Authorization Certificate." Additionally, the document number must be included on the invoice. During the sale, a tax plate with a barcode indicating the main activity code must also be provided by the individual engaged in the production or trade of precious metals.
When selling precious metals by lottery, a "Jewelry Trade Authorization Certificate" will be presented by real person jewelry businesses.
The Ministry of Treasury and Finance has published a "General Communiqué on Precious Metals Sold by Lottery." Accordingly, when selling precious metals by lottery, a "Jewelry Trade Authorization Certificate" will be presented by real person jewelry businesses, and the document number of the certificate will be included in the invoice to be issued.
TAX PLATE WILL ALSO BE PRESENTED
During the sale, a tax plate with a barcode indicating the main activity code will also be presented by the real person engaged in the production or trade of precious metals.
