The land registry records of Alihan Kuris, the leader of the structure known as 'Suleymancilar' in the public, and his family have come to light. A total of 191 real estate properties belonging to the Kuris family, who were arrested on charges of money laundering, fraud, and establishing a criminal organization, were identified. It was learned that the family also purchased a 258-acre portion of Kalem Island in Izmir, known as the 'Maldives of the Aegean,' for a sum of 45 million dollars.

The land registry records of Alihan Kuriş and his family, who is the leader of the structure known as 'Süleymancılar' and was arrested on charges of 'money laundering', 'fraud', and 'establishing a criminal organization,' have been revealed.

Within the scope of the investigation, it was determined that a total of 191 real estate properties are registered under the Kuriş family's name, among which numerous properties in Izmir, Antalya, and Bolu, as well as Istanbul and Sakarya, stood out.

MAJORITY REGISTERED IN HIS MOTHER'S NAME

In the land registry records in the investigation file, it was determined that the most properties within the Kuriş family belong to Alihan Kuriş's mother, Ayşe Gülderen Kuriş. A total of 138 active properties were found registered under the mother Kuriş's name. It was learned that the records included residences and workplaces, as well as plots and agricultural lands.

It was recorded that 26 properties were under the name of the late Mahmut Sabri Kuriş, 14 under Alihan Kuriş, and 13 under his brother Hilmi Tuna Kuriş.

One of the striking details in the records in the file was Kalem Island in Bademli, Dikili district of Izmir. It was revealed that a 258-acre portion of the island, known as the 'Maldives of the Aegean,' was registered under the name of Ayşe Gülderen Kuriş in 2021. It was alleged that the Kuriş family paid approximately 45 million dollars for the properties on the island.

Arrested Alihan Kuriş, in his statements to the police and prosecutor's office, claimed that part of the jewelry consisted of items worn at his wedding with his wife and part were gifts given to his children, defending himself by saying, 'All of these are my family's savings.'
