Security officer Türker Çetinkaya was found dead in the restroom of the Antalya Courthouse. It was noted that Çetinkaya frequently visited the restroom since the morning, and it was reported that he was married and had a 10-year-old child, while the police are considering the possibility of suicide.
Türker Çetinkaya (45), a security officer at the Antalya Courthouse, was found dead in the courthouse restroom.
The incident occurred around 11:30 AM at the Antalya Courthouse. Türker Çetinkaya, who worked as a security officer at the courthouse, was found dead in the staff restroom in the basement, along with his weapon.
THE CHIEF PROSECUTOR ALSO ARRIVED AT THE SCENE
Upon notification, courthouse police, security officers, and Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor Yakup Ali Kahveci arrived at the scene. Forensic teams conducted an investigation.
SUICIDE ALLEGATION
It was reported that Çetinkaya, who frequently went to the restroom since the morning hours, was married and had a 10-year-old child. The lifeless body of Türker Çetinkaya was taken to the Antalya Forensic Medicine Institute morgue, and it is being considered that he committed suicide.
