The statement regarding the investigation into the death of singer Gül Tut has emerged. Her daughter, Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter, stated that in the past she had sent messages in anger saying, "I will kill myself, I will kill my mother," but emphasized that there was no feud between her and her mother. Gülter mentioned that on the night of the incident, her mother was under the influence of alcohol and said, "Suddenly, I heard a 'bang' sound, and when I turned around, my mother was gone."
In Yalova, the statement of Gül Tut's daughter, Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter, emerged in the investigation regarding the death of the singer known as "Güllü." Gülter said, "I was very overwhelmed for a while, and in anger, I sent messages saying 'I will kill myself, I will kill my mother,' but those were old. There was no animosity between my mother and me."
The incident occurred on September 26 on the closed terrace of an apartment on the 5th floor located on Vali Akı Street in the Harmanlar neighborhood of Çınarcık, Yalova. According to the information obtained, the singer Gül Tut, known as "Güllü," fell from the window while having fun with her daughter and a friend and lost her life. As part of the investigation conducted by the Yalova Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the statement of Gül Tut's daughter, Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter, was taken.
"MY BROTHER WAS THE REASON FOR MY RECONCILIATION WITH MY MOTHER" In her statement, Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter said, "I want to explain the reality of the message contents that came out in the media with someone I know. I have been living with my mother for years. However, in June, there was a disagreement between my mother and me. The subject of this disagreement was related to my engagement. After the argument, I was upset with my mother and temporarily stayed with my friend Sultan, who lives in Çınarcık. It was exactly 21 days. During this time, I was talking to our family friend, Bircan D., who knows my mother and me closely, to share my troubles. We had exchanged messages as well. As far as I remember, I sent messages saying, 'Enough already, I will kill myself, I will kill my mother, when will this torment end for me?' After a while, I think it was 3 or 4 days later, my brother Tuğberk became the reason for my reconciliation with my mother.
In fact, while I was at a beach in Çınarcık with my daughter, my brother, and sister Çiğdem, we apologized to each other, and after the beach, I got into my mother's car and returned to my mother's house, and we continued to live together. During this period of being upset, my mother also called me and, under the influence of alcohol, said things like, 'Don't come home, I don't want you. If you come, I will press KADES and kill you,' in anger. She even cursed. When my mother and I argued from time to time, we would say such things to each other in anger. Because my mother was someone who got angry, especially when she drank alcohol. When she got angry, she couldn't even remember what she was saying under the influence of alcohol. When she said hurtful or threatening words like this, I would get angry too," she said.
"SHE PRESENTED THE MESSAGES AS IF I HAD JUST WRITTEN THEM" In the continuation of her statement, Gülter said, "Ferdi A., the operator of the place my mother recently went to, has been making various claims about us on social media or television, and somehow he reached our family friend, Bircan D., who normally goes to clean houses and has nothing to do with these sensational events, by phone. He asked if she knew me. Bircan said, 'Yes, I know her, we are very close.' Ferdi then said, 'I don't believe you, if you are that close, you must have messaged each other. Send me the messages between you two, take a screenshot and send it to me so I can believe you met.' Bircan sister did not accept the screenshot. Upon this, Ferdi brother said, 'Then let me guide you, go to the message section, share your screen, and let me see it that way.' At that moment, they were video calling, and Ferdi recorded the screen. In this way, he recorded the messages I mentioned above that I had written to Bircan on his phone and gave it to the television. He presented it as if I had just written those messages and claimed that my mother was actually killed by someone she thought of, making accusations against us. The messages were sent during a time when I was very hurt, stemming from my closeness to Bircan sister. We had reconciled a few days after those messages with my mother. There was also someone I knew, but I don't remember the last name, who was a friend of Bircan sister living in Çınarcık. His name was Çağrı.
During this period of being upset with my mother, both Bircan sister and Çağrı brother helped me. I may have sent similar messages to Çağrı brother as I did to Bircan, but I don't remember. Other than that, I did not say such things about my mother to anyone else. I have no animosity towards my mother. From time to time, like in every household, there would be mother-daughter arguments in our house too. After that argument, we started living together in the same house. In fact, Çiğdem sister is a witness to this situation. I had seen Başak M., who appeared on a television program, 2-3 times. She is the sister of my mother's friend. They had also met from time to time. However, for the last year and a half, my mother had not been in contact with Tuğkan M., who is my mother's friend, and his sister Başak. Başak claims on television that my mother was tortured by me and my brother. However, all these claims are unfounded. Such a thing is out of the question. In fact, Başak knows very well the very old times of our house in Çınarcık," she said.
"I HEARD A LOUD NOISE" Describing that her mother was very drunk on the night of the incident, Gülter said, "When she came to our room, we were standing. As I said, when my mother came to our room, we were playing standing up in the middle with Sultan. My mother also tried to play with us. In fact, she tried to get Sultan to play too. They tried to play for a while. I even told my mother, 'Mom, the girl doesn't know how to dance the Roman dance.' We laughed while we were playing. My mother even said, 'You are really wonderful.' After a while, while I was playing with my back turned to the window next to the wardrobe, I noticed that my mother passed by me while playing and went behind me.
However, I didn't look back; I was still playing. Then, I don't know how much time passed. It was as if I heard a loud bang. When I turned around and looked towards the window, I was shocked, but my mother was not there. Realizing that my mother had fallen, I immediately picked up the phone from my bed and ran outside, telling Sultan to hurry. That's how the incident happened. At that moment, Sultan had also stopped playing and was looking at her stitches in the wardrobe mirror. Since Sultan had had an accident a short time ago on August 30, her stitches were still fresh, and even glass shards were still coming out. That's why she was constantly checking her stitches. Whenever she found an opportunity, she would look at them through her phone or the mirror. I was standing right in front of Sultan. Sultan was looking in the mirror right in front of me when my mother passed by me. As far as I remember, I only heard a single sound at the moment my mother fell, and based on that sound, I turned around, but when I looked, my mother was not there," she stated.
