In Marmaris, the world-famous tourism center of Muğla, a tour boat with 110 passengers on a blue cruise experienced a sinking risk due to a malfunction. The boat, which began taking on water at Aquarium Cove in the Cennet Island area, was evacuated through a massive rescue operation where every second counted. The boat completely sank in the incident that narrowly avoided disaster, while the rescue of all 110 passengers without a single scratch became a source of consolation.

At around 15:45, great activity occurred at Aquarium Cove, one of Marmaris's most frequented spots.
