New development in the investigation into the Ahbap Association, where many people including Haluk Levent were arrested. The Istanbul Criminal Court of Peace decided to appoint a trustee to the association.
Within the scope of the "Ahbaplar Criminal Organization" investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the authority to manage all assets of the Ahbap Association has been transferred to a management trustee.
The Istanbul 8th Criminal Court of Peace decided to appoint Attorney Rıdvan Can, Attorney Mustafa Göktuğ Kaya, and Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kasım Han as trustees for the management of the association's real estate, vehicles, cash assets in bank accounts, and other property values.
In the decision, it was stated that the association's founder Haluk Levent and some members of the board of directors and supervisory board are in custody, judicial control measures have been applied to some individuals, precautionary measures have been taken on the association's accounts and assets, and the dissolution process has been initiated.
