The incident occurred in the morning on Ayhan Şahenk Street in the Sıralı Neighborhood of Niğde's Central District. According to information obtained, a dispute broke out between the driver of a cargo company van and a car driver over a right-of-way issue while they were traveling on the street.
ENTERED THE VAN AND ATTACKED
Unable to control his anger, the car driver got out of his vehicle and headed towards the cargo van. The enraged driver opened the van door and began attacking the cargo employee behind the wheel. During the assault inside the vehicle, the cargo worker was caught off guard, while nearby citizens and a motorcyclist who witnessed the incident tried to intervene.

The footage shows the attacker entering the van and throwing punches at the driver, with bystanders attempting to intervene. The penalty for getting out of a car in traffic for the purpose of attacking, fighting, or blocking the road is an administrative fine of 180,000 TL, confiscation of the driver's license for 60 days, and impoundment of the vehicle from traffic for 60 days.
