Mauro Icardi, who left Galatasaray, announced the good news from Milan. The Italian court, rejecting Wanda Nara's alimony request approaching 400,000 euros per month, also invalidated the appeal against the decision, closing all of Nara's legal avenues.

After spending four seasons with Galatasaray, Argentine star footballer Mauro Icardi, who left the team, achieved a major legal victory in the divorce case with his ex-wife Wanda Nara, ongoing since November 2024. The latest ruling from the court in Milan completely closed the door on Nara's high-value alimony demands.

“INSANITY REJECTED, APPEAL DEEMED INVALID”

Icardi, sharing updates on his social media account from Milan, announced that the monthly alimony and compensation requests of approximately 400 thousand euros demanded by Wanda Nara were once again rejected by the Italian court.

Detailing the figures and the ruling in the court process, the star striker stated in his post:

"Good morning Milan. Everything is fine here, there is a new decision. In my divorce case, 250 thousand euros per month for my ex-wife, 65 thousand euros for each of my daughters, and 100 thousand euros per month as divorce compensation were demanded from me. The judge rejected this insanity on June 1, 2026. The dissatisfied party, trying to get my money, appealed this decision.

Today, July 27, 2026, the Italian Court's decision was very clear: APPEAL INVALID. Thus, all demands and application avenues are closed. Only the announcement of the official divorce decision remains. The functioning of the Italian justice system is wonderful. Yet, in 2024, they called me 'crazy' for starting the entire judicial process in Italy."

STRIKING MESSAGE IN SECOND POST: THE KING DOESN'T ARGUE WITH PAWNS

Following the decision, Icardi made a reference to Wanda Nara's side with a visual post depicting himself as the "king" on the throne. In the note added to his post, he used the following expressions:

"The king doesn't argue with pawns; he just keeps moving forward. Your turn will come too, not to kick the board, but to see how the game ends."
