In the statement, it was recalled that within the scope of the allegations that Tunceli Munzur University student Gülistan Doku disappeared on January 5, 2020, and the process resulted in a murder, the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office initiated an ex officio investigation under investigation number 2026/7025, and the following statements were included:
"Within the framework of the investigation conducted by our Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, in-depth statement analyses and cyber, technical, digital, financial, and field research are ongoing, along with the holistic analysis and evaluation of all information, findings, documents, and other evidence obtained in the file to date. According to the initial findings by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office; under the coordination of the then Governor of Tunceli and file suspect Tuncay Sonel, senior civil and security administrators, together with local bureaucratic elements and public officials, intervened in judicial, digital, and medical systems by using public power, official protection shields, and bureaucratic influence; in light of all these findings, a strong conviction supported by investigation data and material evidence emerged that the incident was committed within an organized structure containing many criminal acts.
