A woman whose daughter had her mobile phone repaired at a shop in Şişli argued with the shopkeeper a few days later, claiming that the phone was not working. The woman punched the shopkeeper and caused chaos in the store, resulting in damages amounting to 100,000 Turkish Lira.

The incident took place on November 18 at around 10:45 AM in Mecidiyeköy. According to the information obtained, a person brought their mobile phone to Tufan K.'s shop for repair. The shop owner, after completing the repairs the next day, returned the phone to its owner. However, a few days later, the mother of the person who received the phone came to Tufan K. and claimed that the phone was not working. Tufan K., after examining the phone, told the woman that they had broken the phone and stated that he could perform a paid repair.

In response to this answer, the angry woman punched Tufan K. After the shopkeeper retaliated in the same way, a fight broke out in the shop. The attacking woman was removed by bystanders, but this time the other woman began to attack Tufan K. The woman then started to scatter the mobile phone accessories hanging on the wall, causing damage to the repair tools. The events were captured by the security camera second by second.



THEY FILED COMPLAINTS AGAINST EACH OTHER



After the incident, Tufan K., who suffered approximately 100,000 lira in damages, reported the situation to the police. The police who arrived at the scene took both parties, who filed complaints against each other, to the station. After their statements were taken and legal proceedings were initiated, the parties were released, and it was learned that Tufan K. had reached an agreement with the women to cover his damages. It was also learned that the shop owner had closed the shop for renovations.
