It was observed that YNK peshmerga forces took extraordinary security measures in the Casene Cave area in Sulaymaniyah, where members of the PKK surrendered their weapons.
Peshmerga forces, who took precautions with armored vehicles on the road to the cave, prevented journalists from entering the area. Security measures were taken in the air with helicopters in the Casene Cave area where the ceremony was held.
