A woman named Nini Lomidze was captured on camera being hit by a high-speed train near the city of Tbilisi in Georgia. In the footage, Lomidze can be seen approaching the train tracks in a red dress to take a photo. The train driver honks the horn to warn her, but Lomidze continues to fix her hair and clothes. As the train approaches, Lomidze poses for the photo. Within seconds, the train hits her and throws her to the ground. The screams of her friends in shock can be heard. After the accident, Lomidze said, "I'm fine, it was just an accident. I didn't know the tracks were in use. It was too late when I realized the train was coming." This incident comes after a similar tragedy in Mexico last June. There, a 29-year-old mother was killed by a steam train when she got too close to the tracks to take a selfie. These incidents serve as a painful reminder of the dangers of taking photos near train tracks.
