In the Ömerli district of Mardin, 15-year-old Ahmet Özer suffered a heart attack during a football match and passed away in the hospital. Despite the first aid administered at the scene, he could not be saved.

Ahmet Özer (15), who suffered a heart attack while playing football in the Ömerli district of Mardin, passed away at the hospital he was taken to. The incident occurred yesterday evening at the Ömerli District Stadium. Ahmet Özer suddenly collapsed while playing a football match. Health teams were dispatched to the scene upon the notification of his friends. After the first intervention, Özer was taken to Ömerli State Hospital.

HIS STOPPED HEART WAS RESTARTED BUT HE COULD NOT BE SAVED

It was determined that Ahmet Özer, whose stopped heart was restarted with intervention, had suffered a heart attack. He was transferred to Mardin Training and Research Hospital, where he lost his life despite the doctors' efforts. Özer's body was taken to the hospital morgue for autopsy procedures.

An investigation has been launched regarding the incident.
