It was claimed that her daughter Tuğyan and her friend Sultan were present in the house during the incident. While the unexpected death of the artist caused a great stir in the public, the case was transferred to the Homicide Bureau due to the growing discussions, but the cause of death has still not been clarified.

Güllü's close friend Kobra Murat stated in a statement on his social media account that the incident could be "not an accident, but a push resulting from a discussion."
Kobra Murat, who said, "I feel like I have figured out how the murder happened," noted that the artist was preparing for a live broadcast on TikTok that night. According to allegations, Güllü noticed that her daughters were talking to a man named 'Eşref' downstairs. Angered by this situation, the singer warned her daughters not to leave the house.
Kobra Murat conveyed the details of the incident with the following words: "One of the girls says 'Let go,' Güllü grabs her by the shoulder. At that moment, either her hand slips or one of the girls pushes her. This could be the reason why no DNA was found under the nails."
LEGAL MOVE FROM GÜLLÜ'S SON AND LAWYER
Following Kobra Murat's allegation, Güllü's son Tuğberk Yağız Hamza Gülter filed a criminal complaint against Murat Divandiler, known as 'Kobra Murat,' through the artist's lawyer. According to the news from Rojda Altintaş, the prepared complaint stated that Kobra Murat spread "false and misleading information" about Güllü's death through his broadcasts on social media. It was learned that the family argued that these posts negatively affected the investigation process and misled the public.
