In Bursa, blood was shed during a fight between two young men arguing inside a vehicle. The suspect, who killed his friend with a knife, later surrendered to the police officers who arrived at the scene, along with the weapon used in the crime. Relatives of the victim, upon hearing the news, suffered a nervous breakdown at the scene.
In the Osmangazi district of Bursa, 21-year-old Yusuf Zorlo was stabbed to death by A.S., with whom he had a dispute inside a light commercial vehicle.
THE DISPUTE QUICKLY ESCALATED INTO A FIGHT
The incident occurred around 22:30 in Geçit Mahallesi, 331st Street, in central Osmangazi. According to the information obtained, A.S. and Yusuf Zorlo (21) started arguing inside a car with the license plate 16 NIM 49 on the street. The argument quickly escalated into a fight. A.S. severely injured Yusuf Zorlo with a knife he had brought with him.
SURRENDERED WITH THE WEAPON
Upon receiving reports from citizens who heard the commotion, a large number of police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. A.S. surrendered to the arriving teams along with the knife. Medical teams that arrived at the scene determined that Yusuf Zorlo, who was severely injured, had lost his life. While A.S. was taken to the police station for questioning, Yusuf Zorlo's lifeless body was taken to the Bursa Forensic Medicine Institute Morgue after an examination by the prosecutor's office. Meanwhile, Zorlo's relatives who arrived at the scene suffered a nervous breakdown.
